Plum Village
Thầy Trung Hải was born in 1980 and ordained as a monk in Huế in 1993. From 2000 to 2018, Thầy dedicated himself to the study and teaching of the Dharma at various Plum Village centers around the world. In 2018, Thầy returned to Huế together with Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh and currently continues his practice at Sơn Bằng Pagoda in Huế City.

She holds a Master’s in Social Responsibility and Sustainability from Aston University (UK) and advises local and regional organizations on CSR and sustainability.

Yes! We welcome applications from both Vietnamese and international young adults who are eager to explore Vietnam’s culture and community through the LHC lens.

The program is conducted mostly in English, as we aim to prepare participants for a global context. However, during certain activities with local communities or businesses, you’ll have the chance to practice your Vietnamese skills. Interpreters will be available to support those who don’t speak Vietnamese.

We value curiosity, critical thinking, and a growth mindset — the qualities that help you learn deeply, connect meaningfully, and grow beyond your comfort zone.

We offer a limited number of need-based scholarships, which can cover up to 100% of the program fee.
