Our Team
- FounderAfter obtaining his degree in mathematics in the UK and launching a successful business in the US, Sean returned to Vietnam and navigated the complexities of the local corporate landscape. Drawing from these diverse experiences, Sean created Lighthouse Collective to empower the next generation and highlight the incredible opportunities emerging in Vietnam’s fast-growing economy.
Mai Trinh
Program DirectorOriginally from Czechia and now based in Vietnam, Mai has spent over a decade organizing summer camps for Viet-Czech youth, integrating practices of Applied Buddhism and collaborating closely with brothers and sisters from Plum Village. Today, she is the founder of a company focused on design-led behavior change, working to build a more sustainable and conscious future.Tuyet Nguyen
Partnerships ManagerBorn and raised in Czechia, over the years she has contributed to meaningful youth initiatives, including helping with organizing summer camps for the Viet-Czech community partnering with monks from Plum Village. She also spent five years producing multi-day conferences with the European Youth Parliament, creating space for dialogue, learning, and connection across borders. Today, she is channeling her love for mindful living and community into building a matcha brand that blends sustainability, wellness, and design.
