Our Team

Sean Le

Founder
After obtaining his degree in mathematics in the UK and launching a successful business in the US, Sean returned to Vietnam and navigated the complexities of the local corporate landscape. Drawing from these diverse experiences, Sean created Lighthouse Collective to empower the next generation and highlight the incredible opportunities emerging in Vietnam’s fast-growing economy.

Mai Trinh

Program Director
Originally from Czechia and now based in Vietnam, Mai has spent over a decade organizing summer camps for Viet-Czech youth, integrating practices of Applied Buddhism and collaborating closely with brothers and sisters from Plum Village. Today, she is the founder of a company focused on design-led behavior change, working to build a more sustainable and conscious future.




Tuyet Nguyen

Partnerships Manager
Born and raised in Czechia, over the years  she has contributed to meaningful youth initiatives, including helping with organizing summer camps for the Viet-Czech community partnering with monks from Plum Village. She also spent five years producing multi-day conferences with the European Youth Parliament, creating space for dialogue, learning, and connection across borders. Today, she is channeling her love for mindful living and community into building a matcha brand that blends sustainability, wellness, and design.

Quynh Anh Nguyen

Marketing Associate
After graduating from the National Economics University, she spent two years at Sun Group, contributing to high-impact events and creative campaigns that connected communities across Vietnam and beyond. Passionate about youth development, she has organized programs that empower young people and foster spaces for connection and growth. With a love for storytelling and collaboration, she’s always seeking new ways to create meaningful, lasting impact.

Diep Linh Tran

Program Coordinator
Linh has been involved in organizing youth-centered programs - both locally and internationally, contributing to various large-scale cultural and educational events. Her journey began as a participant and supporter of summer camps across Asia and Europe, which sparked a lasting passion for intercultural exchange and community building. Her personal experience then evolved into a commitment to building meaningful spaces for connection and growth among Vietnamese youth worldwide.
